CUSTOM ORDERS/COMMISSIONS

Custom orders and commissions are welcomed and tailored to your needs. Orders are created as

(1) - Mixed media on canvas,

(2) - Mixed media on paper/card (optional frame)

(3) - Digital art prints (optional frame).

A 50% deposit is required on booking and the balance due on completion prior to shipping.

All shipping costs for custom orders outside of Australia, to be split on a 50/50 basis between client and Bret Polok Art.

We ship worldwide. Please allow up to 14 days.

All shipping within Australia is free.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post.

A tracking number will be provided.

Most orders are shipped within 3 days.

Framed orders and Prints may take 5 days to ship.

Please allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery.



RETURNS

We hope you enjoy the original artwork you receive, but if not, we offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied and wish to exchange or refund the item. The item must be returned, at your cost, in its original condition, unmarked, with a valid receipt, within 14 days of the delivery date.

We take utmost care to package and ship correctly using bubble wrap and carton, or a sealed carton tube or in some cases a sealed pvc tube.



PRICING

Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes shipping and GST.

We reserve the right to change site prices and terms at our discretion.



PAYMENTS

We accept major credit cards, Paypal and direct deposit. Paypal is our preferred method of payment, for client security.



PRIVACY

Any personal information provided to us including your name, address, telephone number, email, will not be kept, released or shared with any other entity outside of this site. We do not collect, or record, or store any credit card or banking details when purchasing from this site.
